Rachelle works with people of all ages and fitness levels, specializing in creating diverse routines based on individual needs and goals.

She enjoys using fun fitness tools for strength training such as BOSU® balls, TRX® Suspension Trainers, and resistance bands while adding cardiovascular components including plyometric drills, sports conditioning, and outdoor activities.

Education: BA degree in Sport and Exercise Science with a minor in Outdoor Education from the University of Northern Colorado.

Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer with the National Personal Training Institute.  Personal  and Group Aerobic Instructor with AAAI/ISMA.  Certification courses with TRX® Suspension Trainer, BOSU® Integrated Balance, Spinning and LesMills BodyPump. Ten years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Personal Interests: Hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, rock climbing, dancing, time with family, Denver Broncos, and creative craft projects.
